About pricing.

What is a processing hour?

It is the time the equipment spends working (GPU utilisation) on an answer, whether searching documents, calculating or writing. A simple question takes seconds, while reading a long document from start to finish can take close to a minute.

What if I go over my plan's hours?

The system warns you when you reach 80 % and never blocks. Extra hours are billed at your plan's hourly price, plus 35 %.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time. If you often use additional hours, the next plan up usually works out cheaper.

Do I own the equipment?

You can buy it or include it in a rental.
